With Private Relay on, traffic leaving your iPhone is encrypted and sent through two separate relays. Websites then can't see your IP address or exact location, while network providers can't collect your browsing in Safari.

Step by step
1.
You need an iCloud+ subscription for this. Private Relay isn't available in all countries or regions.
2.
Open Settings and tap your name.
3.
Tap iCloud, then Private Relay.
4.
Turn on Private Relay.
5.
It only works on networks where Limit IP Address Tracking is on: go to Settings > Wi-Fi, tap ⓘ next to your network and turn on Limit IP Address Tracking.
