Hide your IP address in Safari

Why it matters

Your IP address reveals roughly where you are and helps trackers follow you across websites. Safari can hide it from known trackers and, with a Private Relay subscription, from websites too.

If you leave it

If the option is off, websites and trackers see your IP address.
